3 Simple Steps to Booking McM Entertainment
#1 Initial Interaction
Reach out to us via email or telephone to discuss availability and specifics about your event. It’s important that we are all on the same page from day one. At the end of this discussion we will tentatively reserve your desired date until receiving your contract and deposit.
#2 Contract and Deposit
Next, you will need to fill out the McM Entertainment Request Form, which provides us with the specific details we’ll need for your contract. Once received, we will draft and email your contract for the event. Get this back to us within two weeks time, along with the non-refundable deposit, to ensure your date is set in stone.
Note: If we do not receive your contract and deposit within two weeks, we will have to release your date. It will then once again be available to future inquirers.
#3 Final Payment and the Fun Begins
You have the option to pay the remaining balance in advance or on the day of your event, before it begins. No event will begin unless payment has been received in full.
Once these details are taken care of the fun can begin! And believe us, we cannot wait to get started!
When should I book?
You can book your event at any time. Typically, our customers like to book us 5-12 months in advance. This ensures availability and guarantees a set pricing rate for your event. So, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as you have a date set for your event!
There is a possibility we are available for last-minute needs and requests as well, so don’t be afraid to ask!
What if McM has to cancel?
In all of our years providing professional mobile entertainment, we have never had to cancel on a customer *knocks on wood*. We would only ever cancel in the event of extreme circumstances (i.e. severe injury or illness, death in the family, etc.).
We take our commitments seriously, and our responsibility to bringing your event to life is no joke. In the event of a cancellation, all payments will be refunded within seven days of our cancellation. Additionally, we will do our best to find you a suitable replacement for your event.
