The tale of McM Entertainment Trivia begins in January 2004. Bill McMenamin was Co-President of the Home and School Association at the time, and someone had the brilliant idea to have him host a trivia event for St. Philip Neri Parish in Lafayette Hill. The crowd of 120+ people had so much fun with Bill as their host that the demand for his services only grew from there. In fact, more than 12 years later he’s still hosting their annual trivia night for crowds of more than 500 people!
McM Entertainment provides trivia hosting services for socials, corporate team building activities and fundraisers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Believe it or not, trivia hosting is, hands down, our most popular service. Why? Because we provide the perfect atmosphere for friendly competition and a seriously fun night of fundraising.
Typically our games of trivia consist of what we like to call “mixed bag rounds.” Each round has a little bit of everything thrown in, that way everyone has a shot at contributing to their team’s answers. This keeps it fair and fun for all! Though, we are open to rounds comprised of specific categories and trivia questions, if that is what you deem best for your guests.
Another aspect unique to McM Entertainment’s trivia style is our sale of EZ-passes, which count as one correct answer. Throughout the rounds of trivia we sell EZ-passes at $10 a pop. Each team can purchase up to 10 EZ-passes to be used throughout the game. This money goes directly to your cause, so it’s a win-win for you and your guests.
